There are a number of new houses along the road way to the house. It is a very welcoming and friendly neighborhood. Ballyrafter Equestrian center is located 1.5 miles from the house, ideal if you have an interest in horse riding. There are a number of beautiful walks around Lismore and the surrounding area. It is steeped in heritage and history. There is also a very famous and well-kept Golf Club very close to the house. Dungarvan is 25 mins, Waterford 60 mins, and Clonmel 35 mins from the house, ideal hub and commutable from all locations.
On entering Lismore from the main N25 from Cappoquin/Dungarvan road. You will meet a petrol station on your right handside. Take the turning to the right at this petrol station, signposted for The Vee and Clogheen. Take the first turning to the right signposted Ballyrafter House Hotel. Travel along this road, at the bend go straight up the hill. The house is the 9th house on the right handside.
