On entering Dungarvan on the first roundabout “Coolagh Road Roundabout” take the first exit for the Town Centre. At the next small roundabout take the first exit sign posted Tramore via Costal Road (R675). Travel along this road for approx. 2 miles until you come to another roundabout, take the second exit signposted Tramore and Bunmahon. Travel along this road and you will go over a small bridge. Immediately after this bridge you will see a cross roads. Take the right turn signposted Ballinacourty (L3009). The house is the 11th house on your left handside, with a very large hedge surrounding the house.
From Cork:
